As part of the Union Court Revitalisation works, North Road has transitioned to a one-way road for all vehicles.

This will allow trucks to safely enter the Union Court site via the Sullivans Creek Bridge from Monday 21 August.

Pedestrians can still travel both directions along North Road, with barricades in place to ensure their safety. ANU Sport, Coffee Grounds and the Medical and Counselling Services will remain open and accessible for the duration of the project.

New traffic management signs advising of one-way access have been installed, and one-way access will be enforced from 6 am Monday 21 August.

This means that all traffic will flow south towards Union Court from Barry Drive. Vehicles using North Road to enter the campus will now exit campus either by looping back to Barry Drive on Daley Road, or by using Dickson Road to access Clunies Ross Street.

We appreciate that the redevelopment of Union Court will be a disruption for the next 17 months and thank you for your patience.

We also ask that you pay careful attention to the safety signs that will be posted in this area as there will be large vehicles moving along the road.

North Road will remain one-way until the new precinct opens in the beginning of 2019.
