It is an exciting week for the Reunion Court project with works getting underway.

Now that the full construction site has been established, our focus in on demolition. We appreciate that this will be a particularly disruptive part of the redevelopment project and thank you for your patience.

Changes to North Road

As part of the Union Court Revitalisation works, North Road has transitioned to a one-way road for all vehicles.

This will allow trucks to safely enter the Union Court site via the Sullivans Creek Bridge from Monday 21 August.

Pedestrians can still travel both directions along North Road, with barricades in place to ensure their safety. ANU Sport, Coffee Grounds and the Medical and Counselling Services will remain open and accessible for the duration of the project.

New traffic management signs advising of one-way access have been installed, and one-way access will be enforced from 6 am Monday 21 August.

Getting around campus

Access to Union Court along University Avenue will remain closed for the remainder of the project.

Signs have been posted around Union Court advising of the best ways to get around campus and updated maps are also available.

Demolition works

You may notice an increase in noise and disruption this week as demolition continues in the Manning Clark Centre and Concessions Building near Chifley Library.

Works will be ongoing between 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
